Message usIs it advisable to get a massage on my first day in Cusco?
Yes, but it should be a specific treatment. We recommend the Altitude Recovery Massage or the Inka Massage, with slow, circulatory strokes and native aromatherapy that help relieve mild headaches and speed up acclimatization to altitude sickness (soroche). We do not recommend deep tissue massage in the first hours after arrival while the body adapts to the altitude.
What do you recommend after a trek (Inca Trail, Salkantay, Ausangate or Rainbow Mountain)?
Our Altitude Recovery Ritual or the Altitude Recovery Massage (Post Trek) combined with the Tired Legs Massage. They help reduce muscle inflammation with passive stretching and bring lightness back to your legs with a Maras salt soak and cryogenic gels.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, especially in high season (May to October). To secure your preferred time and therapist, we recommend booking 24 to 48 hours in advance via WhatsApp.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand itineraries change due to flights, trains or tours. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
International credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, cash in soles or US dollars in good condition, Yape and Plin.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to enjoy the welcome ritual without rushing, have a complimentary herbal tea and fill in your registration form calmly.
Where are you located and how do I get there?
In the heart of the Historic Center of Cusco: Calle Triunfo, Arte Inka Shopping Center, office 216, just steps from the Plaza de Armas. It is within walking distance of the city's main hotels and restaurants.
Do you offer bridal or event makeup and hair in the Sacred Valley?
Yes. Our Premium Bride service includes long-wear HD makeup and a formal hairstyle. We work at our center and also offer on-site service at hotels and haciendas in Cusco and the Sacred Valley (quote on request).
Are straightening and bioplasty safe for hair dried out by the Cusco climate?
Absolutely. Our Organic Straightening and Bioplasty use formaldehyde-free formulas that fill the fiber with keratin, nutrients and amino acids: ideal for restoring hair damaged by solar radiation and Andean dryness.
